KILT Gets Sneak Peek at New Taylor's Song!

KLT is one of the first radio stations that got to hear Taylor's new single "Mine". LUCKY~!! They say it's a catchy uptempo song and it shows Taylor's growth and maturity over the 2 years. They also included a small part of the lyrics for us!!.

Reps for Taylor Swift are swarming the country to play the new Taylor Swift song, “Mine,” to radio stations. KILT was one of the first stations on the list and got to hear the song just moments ago. Radio won’t get a copy of the song until early August, but you can read our exclusive review after the jump.

Taylor Swift’s new song, “Mine,” will be the first release from her upcoming new CD, Speak Now, which hits stores on 10/25.

“Mine” is an uptempo song that’s unmistakably Taylor. It’s a boy/girl song, sort of like “Love Story,” but a much more realistic look at a relationship. It shows Taylor’s growth and maturity over the 2 years since she released Fearless, but still maintains Taylor’s ability to tell a story with an instantly memorable hook.

In the song, Taylor is a girl who always avoided love and then finds herself in a great relationship. Here’s a line from the chorus:

You made a rebel of a careless man’s careful daughter / You are the best thing that’s ever been mine
“Mine” has a big chorus, and is very singable – like all great Taylor Swift songs. Keep it on KILT to hear it first and get all the details of the new CD and Taylor’s upcoming tour.

It took a bit of luck, but Taylor Swift found the perfect groom – for her new music video.

The singing sensation, 20, picked British-born actor Toby Hemingway, 27, to walk her down the aisle in the video for her soon-to-be-released song, "Mine," in which she plays a bride.

"I saw Feast of Love and just loved that movie and thought Toby was so great that I thought it would be perfect to put him in the video," Swift tells PEOPLE about the Los Angeles-based actor.

But it was the unexpected appearance of her lucky number that sealed the deal.

"I was doing some more research and watched another movie he was in called The Covenant,” she says. "I've got this crazy 13 lucky thing, and he walks on screen for the first time wearing a sweatshirt with a 13 on it! That was the deciding factor. It wasn't really up to me, it was about the number."

The costars seem to have clicked in person, too – they were recently seen hanging out together, when Swift was in L.A. to record with an orchestra for her next album, Speak Now, due Oct. 25.

But getting married on film "was a little strange," Swift says. "I get to wear big dresses and wear white all the time on the carpet, but there's nothing quite like actually pretending you're getting married."

If the message in her song "Mine" – out Aug. 16 – is any indication, it’ll probably be a long time before she's ready for the real thing. "It's a song that is about my tendency to run from love – it's been a recent tendency," she told viewers during a live Web chat Tuesday.

"Every really direct example of love that I've had in front of me has ended in goodbye, has ended in breakups," she said. "So I've developed a pattern of sort of running away when it comes time to fall in love. This song is sort of about finding the exception to that."

Taylor To Headline “All For The Hall” Fundraiser

Taylor will be hosting the All for the Hall fundraiser this September! Read below for more details!

The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum’s All for the Hall fundraiser will return to Los Angeles for a second consecutive year. The event, which will take place on Thursday, September 23, at Club Nokia, will again follow a “guitar pull” format featuring performances by Country Music Hall of Fame members Emmylou Harris and Kris Kristofferson, superstar Taylor Swift, and a very special fourth chair that must remain anonymous.

The evening offers a unique opportunity to see these acclaimed singer-songwriters interact with one another as they take turns swapping songs, stories and personal recollections. The “guitar pull” is a Nashville specialty; it originated in the homes of Nashville songwriters who gathered to try out new compositions for their peers.

“This year especially, the event will provide much needed support as Nashville works to recover from the devastating impact of a once-every-500-years flood,” said Director Kyle Young. “While our exhibits and collections are all on upper floors and never in danger, flood waters did reach ‘five feet high and rising’ in our ground-floor Ford Theater.”

And it is now confirmed that her new album is called "Speak Now" and will be released this year on October 25th. This is so exciting!! Taylor Filming Her New Music Video!

Taylor was spotted in Kennebunk, Maine today filming the music video for her first single off her third album! Rumors say that the name of her upcoming single will be called "Mine" And according to some fans who were there at the shooting, the guy in the music video proposes to Taylor on a boat. I think that is super cute!! I really can't wait till the music video comes out. I'll keep you all updated about the release date!
